Safe As Houses are delighted to present this large fully detached property situated in Didcot, Oxfordshire. We converted it into a fit for purpose home for up to 5 individuals with complex Autism care needs.

The main house contains 3 separate bedroom units, each with an ensuite shower room and access to the spacious shared kitchen and dining area. The fourth unit is a self-contained apartment including a fully fitted kitchen a sitting room and a generously sized bedroom with an ensuite shower room. On the upper floor of the main house there is now a spacious staff area.

In addition to the main house there is an annex containing a self-contained apartment with a bedroom, shower room, sitting room and a large and well equipped kitchen. Sustainable features, fittings and renewable energy/heating technology are complete throughout the home.

Throughout this project, we received great support from the commissioning Local Authority, the Registered Provider, the Care Provider, and our Construction Partners, which we are very grateful for.
