We have a strong relationship with the Head of Service for Accommodation Needs in the City. He has shared with us their internal documents for current and future demand leading to 2030. We have identified a number of sites, and continue to work closely in collaboration with him in order to find the most suitable sites for their need. We currently have one site in Due Diligence, and the Council’s commissioners have been involved in workshops to discuss design and layout, as well as identify the exact demand. We are also in discussions around a number of potential sites. This is a key area of growth.
