We have already completed one project in the County and have a strong relationship with a number of the commissioners. Key demand in the County is for Transforming Care and Supported Living. The Transforming Care Commissioner and Safe As Houses have a good working relationship and speak regularly, along with him giving us notice of demand.

One of our preferred Housing Partners have Lancashire as their heartland, and we partner with a number of Care Providers on their framework.
